Operation Manager, Founder and Entrepreneur
LMS Construction LLC, West Bloomfield, Michigan USA Mohammad Massalkhi – Born and raised in Damascus, Syria, in 1990, I moved to the United States in 2013 to pursue my dreams. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and began my engineering career in Michigan in 2014, working as a Structural Engineer for an automotive company. In 2017, I earned my Master’s degree in Construction Management, which further shaped my expertise in the field. After gaining valuable experience, I transitioned to a Project Manager role with one of Detroit’s leading construction firms. In 2020, I founded my own construction company, which specializes in managing K-12 educational projects across Michigan. I am also a licensed Structural Engineer in the state of Michigan. In addition to my work in construction, I have successfully ventured into the food industry, owning two businesses that are part of a global franchise network. Beyond my professional accomplishments, I am an active member of the Syrian American Engineers Association (SAEA), where I dedicate my time to supporting Syrian engineers in the United States, helping new professionals navigate and excel in their careers
