Motif Agency LTD, London, UK A Syrian-British entrepreneur and media expert, Fadi Haddad holds an MBA from the University of Suffolk and is the founder and CEO of Motif Agency LTD, a leading media consultancy. With extensive experience in governmental and semi-governmental media and advocacy projects, he has spearheaded initiatives for organizations such as Qatar News Agency (QNA), Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), and the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies. His portfolio also includes the brand identity for Syria TV and cultural projects like the Sheikh Hamad Award. In addition to his professional accomplishments, he authored Colours in the Time of Revolution, a book documenting the cultural and artistic expressions that emerged during the early years of the Syrian Revolution. Resulting from over a year of dedicated research, the book offers a poignant exploration of the hopes, struggles, and resilience of the Syrian people. This notable work is now part of the British Museum’s collection. Beyond professional pursuits, he is deeply committed to the Syrian community. As a board member of SCAN UK, he fosters collaboration among Syrian groups in the UK, supporting integration and well-being. He also founded and chairs the Mosaic Initiative, a UK-based charity that has organized numerous cultural events highlighting Syrian art during the revolution, with exhibitions hosted at venues ranging from the US Embassy in London to the Imperial War Museum. Currently serving as an Advisory Board member of the Syrian American Alliance for Peace and Prosperity, he leverages his expertise in media, advocacy, and community building to advance the alliance’s mission of fostering sustainable political, economic, and social partnerships between the people of Syria and the United States.
