Dr. Azza Abdel Hak

Nephrologist

Dr. Azza Abdel Hak is a nephrologist practicing in southern New Jersey, USA. She earned her medical degree from the University of Damascus, Syria, in 2008 and completed her internal medicine residency at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in New York. She then pursued a nephrology fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Abdel Hak is board-certified in internal medicine and nephrology. She has authored several peer-reviewed publications and abstracts that have been presented at national meetings. She is also a member of the American Society of Nephrology (ASN).

Dr. Abdel-Hak grew up in Damascus, Syria, in a family that valued and encouraged education, with both of her parents being teachers. She aspires to foster strong relationships between her homeland, Syria, and her new country, America, based on cooperation, peace and prosperity.

Additionally, Dr. Abdel-Hak enjoys hiking, biking, learning music, and playing the violin.
