Dr. Anas Alomar is an interventional and vascular cardiologist based in Southlake, Texas. He currently serves as President-Elect of the Medical Staff and Medical Director of Cardiology at Methodist Southlake Medical Center. He is also an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the TCU Anne Burnett Marion School of Medicine.
Dr. Alomar earned his medical degree from Damascus University Faculty of Medicine and completed his residency and fellowships in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology at Indiana University School of Medicine. He holds board certifications in interventional cardiology, cardiovascular disease, vascular medicine, internal medicine, echocardiography, and nuclear cardiology.

A passionate advocate for innovation and leadership in healthcare, Dr. Alomar frequently speaks at conferences and public events on topics such as cardiovascular technology, healthcare innovation, and the transformative role of artificial intelligence in medicine. He was a featured TEDx speaker, where he shared insights on the future of cardiology.

In addition to his clinical and academic roles, Dr. Alomar is deeply committed to service and advocacy. He is involved in national organizations, including serving as President of the Texas Chapter of the Syrian American Medical Society and as member of the Board of Directors for the American Heart Association in Tarrant County. His work focuses on advancing healthcare equity, empowering physicians as leaders, and building healthier communities both locally and globally.
Furthering his commitment to leadership excellence, Dr. Alomar is currently completing the Certified Physician Executive (CPE) program through the American Association for Physician Leadership.
